IPC 2025 TRAVEL GRANTS

The deadline for travel award applications has passed. Thank you for applying and we will be in touch individually soon.
  • Abstract submission is required before applying for an Emerging Career Researcher Travel Award.
  • Emerging Career Researcher is defined as anyone pre or post-doctoral (student, resident, fellow) technical staff, researchers, and investigators within 2 years of their first academic appointment.
  • The attendee is responsible for payment of the following: Conference Registration, Travel and Hotel Accommodations in advance of the conference.
  • A single payment will be issued post-conference to each award recipient.
    • The award recipient will need to submit receipts for travel and hotel expenses and the award will be processed as a reimbursement.
  • Recipients are responsible for any tax paperwork or filing needed for tax implications in their own localities.
  • Travel Award notification will take place after March 31, 2025. Applicants should book travel and accommodations now to get group rates in advance.
