ABOUT

Abstract submission is required before applying for an Emerging Career Researcher Travel Award.
Emerging Career Researcher is defined as anyone pre or post-doctoral (student, resident, fellow) technical staff, researchers, and investigators within 2 years of their first academic appointment.
The attendee is responsible for payment of the following: Conference Registration, Travel and Hotel Accommodations in advance of the conference.
A single payment will be issued post-conference to each award recipient after abstracts are reviewed and prioritized.
- The award recipient will not have to submit receipts for travel and hotel expenses.
Recipients are responsible for any tax paperwork or filing needed for tax implications in their own localities.
Travel Award notification will take place after March 31, 2025. Applicants should book travel and accommodations now to get group rates in advance.
