Angel Morales
Project Manager
Angel Morales is a healthcare professional originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and currently based in Westchester County, New York. Angel holds a Master's in Public Health from New York Medical College and has spent nearly a decade working across various roles in the health industry. He began his career in patient advocacy and care management, where he developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care. Most recently, he served as a Project Manager for the Children and Youth with Special Healthcare Needs Program, a collaborative initiative involving three University Centers and the New York Department of Health. In this role he led qualitative and quantitative research efforts with New York families, and produced educational materials for families and professionals. In addition, Angel oversaw the delivery of technical assistance to local health departments across the state.
Angel is deeply passionate about improving health outcomes, advancing health equity, and driving meaningful impact in the communities he serves. Out of work he enjoys hiking, running, and skiing—anything that gets him moving and outdoors.
