MIATTA GOBA, MBMI

Project Manager

Miatta Goba, MBMI (Master in Biomedical Informatics) serves as the Project Manager for the PARASOL initiative at the International Society of Glomerular Disease (ISGD). PARASOL is an international, multi-stakeholder effort focused on evaluating biomarker-based and clinical endpoints to inform future clinical trial design across kidney diseases. 
Prior to joining ISGD, Miatta supported research initiatives at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and the University of Pennsylvania, contributing to studies aimed at improving clinical outcomes and strengthening research infrastructure. While at Penn, she earned her master's degree in Biomedical Informatics and brings her considerable technical and data expertise to ISGD. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Public Health from Temple University.
Miatta is dedicated to leveraging data and collaborative partnerships to drive health equity and meaningful impact in patient care. 
Outside of the office, Miatta enjoys going for walks, running, reading, and pursuing creative projects that allow her to recharge and express her love for storytelling and community building.
