UNITING VISION, SCIENCE, AND PARTNERSHIP TO ACCELERATE KIDNEY CURES

We are thrilled to invite you to our inaugural Clinical Trial Summit, taking place November 13–15, 2026, hosted by ISGD in partnership with our local leaders at the University of Texas Medical Branch on their nearby campus in beautiful Galveston, Texas (near Houston). This first-of-its-kind meeting centers on our shared passion for glomerular health and the critical tools needed to ensure the success of glomerular disease clinical trials, bringing together a uniquely dynamic group of stakeholders—including patients, hospital system leaders, venture capitalists, nephrologists, study coordinators, academic and industry executives, regulators, and operational experts—to tackle the challenges that drive successful trials and ultimately lead to approved therapies for patients.
Through conversations spanning early planning, strategic design, operational excellence, and rapid trial execution, this Summit is designed for those who don’t just talk about progress but actively create it—where ideas sharpen, collaborations strengthen, and breakthroughs move closer to reality. Set along the Gulf Coast, Galveston offers an inspiring backdrop where conversations flow more easily and ideas stretch further. We would love to have you join us and contribute your perspective to these meaningful discussions, so please register today to secure your spot and be part of the momentum driving progress. ISGD looks forward to welcoming you in partnership with UTMB leaders Drs. Jochen Reiser, Shikha Wadhwani, and Vineet Gupta.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZERS

Hosted by the International Society of Glomerular Disease (ISGD) in partnership with the renowned nephrology and clinical trials leadership team of the University of Texas Medical Branch, the Clinical Trials Innovation Summit delivers an expertly curated platform that fuses scientific rigor, operational excellence, and hands-on engagement for attendees.

ISGD’s recent stewardship of the acclaimed 15th International Podocyte Conference, praised by faculty and attendees for its seamless integration of basic, translational, and clinical content as well as unparalleled community building, is a direct template for the Clinical Trials Innovation Summit. The Podocyte Conference’s sold-out attendance, sophisticated logistics, and highly rated science underscore ISGD’s ability to convene world leaders, innovate session formats, and maximize value for all participants.
