Industry Individual Attendee: $2,500 (Note: Discounts available with corporate sponsorship)

STANDARD (May 1–Sep 30)

Reduced Fee (early career researcher / trial coordinator / patient): $415

*"Early career researcher" is defined as anyone pre or post-doctoral (student, resident, fellow) technical staff, researcher, and investigator within 2 years of their first academic appointment.

SCHOLARSHIPS

A limited number of scholarships will be made available to support the participation of early career researchers, patients, and those who would be otherwise unable to attend the conference. Scholarship recipients will be reimbursed for expenses to attend the conference, up to specified limits. 

Applications open on February 9 and close on August 31. They will be reviewed and funds awarded on a rolling basis, so applicants are encouraged to apply early.
