Dr Muralikrishna Gangadharan Komala FRACP PhD

Dr Gangadharan Komala is a Staff Specialist Nephrologist at the Nepean Hospital in Western Sydney, Australia and Clinical Senior Lecturer at University of Sydney. He holds a PhD from the University of Sydney and has published in the field of Onco-Nephrology, diabetic nephropathy, translational renal pharmacology and fibrillary glomerulonephritis in leading international journals. He is actively involved in medical education, supervising research, training renal fellows and policy development within the health network. He has a keen interest in glomerular diseases and is working to develop research projects in immunological glomerular disorders and advance translational glomerular research in Australia.
